1. When can we pick up rental products?

Usually Friday. If needed on Thursday we do make exceptions as long as it is not already being rented.

2. When does rental products need to be returned?

Normally Monday before closing 5:30, unless your event is Saturday and the item is rented on Sunday then we will make arrangements to meet you on Sunday.

3. Is the rental price for each day?

No, it is normally one period from Friday until Monday.

4. Is delivery included, and where do you deliver?

Delivery is extra, a minimum of $35.00 will be charged for just drop off delivery. There will be extra charges for delivery outside of Warsaw and for setting up.

5. When do you deliver?

If your event is on a Saturday or Sunday we will deliver between Wednesday through Friday. Additional charges will be added for Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

6. When renting china and cooking equipment, does it need to be cleaned before returning?

The China needs to be unseal off, free of food and chaffing dishes do need to be cleaned.

7. What is your deposit and refund policy?

Tent deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits on other rental items are nonrefundable May through September due to high number of reservations. Other items 50% is refundable by check with 6 weeks notice of cancelation or 100% refundable with store credit. To reserve you items 50% deposit must be made and payment in full prior to p.u. or delivery of your rental items.

A security deposit is also required at time of pick up and will be returned to customer when merchandise is retuned and checked in.

8. What are your store hours?

Manchester Store hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Sat 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Warsaw Store hours are Mon-Fri 10:00 am - 5:30 pm and Sat 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.

We do make after appointments if needed.

9. What size of tent would I need for 60, 90, 120, etc. people?

20x20 seats approximately 32. Each 10' increase on tent size add 16 people approximately. This is based on using 8'x30" (seats 8) banquet tables. When using 60" round tables (seats 8), each table takes up approximately 10'x10' area. Also keep in mind, when determining a tent size, besides accomodating space for guest, you will need space available for food tables, D.J. or Band, gift table, cake table and possibly a dance floor.

10. What is the price of tables and chairs?

Banquet tables 8'x30" are $6.00 and on 60" or 48" round are also $6.00. Our poly folding chairs are available in white, grey or brown. White are $1.00, grey and brown are $0.60.
